About Us
At Caiwei Yoga Studio, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical exercise. It is a journey that can help people achieve inner peace, balance their emotions and improve their overall well-being. Since 2021, we have been committed to sharing the joy and benefits of yoga with our community. Our studio has more than 100 members and 5 certified and experienced instructors who are passionate about what they do. We offer a variety of classes, workshops, and events designed to cater to all levels, ages, and needs.

As a yoga instructor, I prioritize the well-being and enjoyment of all members. I strive to create a safe and peaceful atmosphere where the mind and body can align. With my expertise, I design practice plans tailored to the members' individual conditions and exercise goals. I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. May has over 10 years of Yoga experience, with a deep understanding on how Yoga can bring multitude of benefits in physical, mental and personal charisma.
May is also an avid marathon runner for over a decade. She twice qualified for the Boston Marathon.
Lulu has been studying Yoga systematically for about 2 years, including theory, postures, meditation, breathing, etc.
She has obtained RYT coaching qualification certificate in May 2024.
Yoga does not only improve flexibility and strength, but also increase energy levels and range of motion. It is a very rewarding and joyful training journey both physically and mentally.

Yun has been a practicing family therapist for over ten years, with over 1,000 hours of experience in consulting time. She has also been practicing Rāja yoga meditation for ten years. Three years ago, Yun tried yoga for the first time. The experience gave her an energy, confidence, and self-awareness unique to what she has previously experienced. Yoga has helped her focus and improve her body’s health. Experiencing the toughness of the practices has changed her life. Namaste!
